Welcome to the latest news round-up from the team at Flynn Refrigeration. Here at our Merseyside base, we are busy processing orders for customers and partners around the world. We’ve expanded our team even further and have welcomed Dawn, our customer service assistant, who is on-hand to help process enquiries and orders.
Now in the final few months of 2018, we’re busy making plans for the new year and working closely with our global suppliers to find products at the most competitive price, whilst increasing our product range with new refrigeration and air conditioning units and spares.

New Product Guide
Over the past few months, we have been hard at work creating our brand new, interactive product catalogue.
Taking on-board customer feedback and supplier recommendations, we have put together an extensive list of products including compressors, compressor spares, packaged air conditioning units, electric motors, refrigeration tools and much more. We’ve also provided part numbers to help vessel operators with their enquiries.
Our new product guide will be available to download from our website really soon – it will be an interactive file, so that you can find exactly what you need as quickly as possible. As soon as it is ready, our team will be in touch to let you know.

In September, we attended the annual IMPA conference, which was held in London.
Their conference, which lasted two days, saw purchasers, suppliers and many other maritime visitors from all over the world come together to discuss a range of topics and share expertise.
Attending IMPA and similar maritime exhibitions opens doors to many new opportunities. Not only is the team on-hand to offer advice, discuss enquiries and share knowledge and experience, we also get to meet like-minded people and build long-lasting partnerships within the industry.
We’re really pleased to have renewed our ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditations for yet another year. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service: in order to ensure this is monitored and measured in line with Quality Management requirements, we document this on a regular basis and take steps to continuously improve how we communicate with our customers and partners alike.
Earlier this year, we shared further information about our environmental commitment and are pleased that the small changes we are making are already proving effective!

We’re pleased to announce the extension of our East Asia partnership with marine specialist, Fair Sky (China) Co. Ltd. Following the success of the last 12 months and the strong working relationship that continues to exist between both teams, a formal agreement has been signed for the second consecutive year.
The team at Fair Sky have extensive product knowledge and an established reputation amongst ship owners and ship managers in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. We remain confident that this partnership will help strengthen our offer and will ensure that we have a consistent presence and local point of contact in these key areas.
