Ensuring customer satisfaction is key here at Flynn Refrigeration. Not only is this part of our ISO accreditation and Contact info with phonecommitment, it is crucial to the development of our service and scope of supply.

We’re a small team with big ambitions and it is the job of our service team to gather feedback at various stages of the process: from confirming receipt of enquiry, to bespoke quotations, and from order stage through to delivery.

The feedback we receive is important to us and the information gathered enables us to offer an even better service, tailored to the requirements of ship owners, ship managers, vessel operators and traders from all over the world. We also use the feedback to ensure we’re offering and supplying the highest quality products, when and where required.

We’ve created a short survey that can be downloaded, completed and returned via email using the information within the document. From time to time, we’ll send this short survey to our customers via email and record the information on our secure CRM system.
